I'm thrilled to announce a brand new update to The Last Rig! I've been hard at work behind the scenes to bring you a host of fresh features, improvements, and a smoother overall experience. Here’s what’s new in this version:

Dynamic Event System & AI-Generated Encounters

• Fresh Challenges & Choices: I completely overhauled the event system. Now, events come not only from a pool of hand-crafted scenarios but also from AI-generated encounters that adapt to your current rig conditions. Expect unexpected twists and unique challenges every time you play!
• Improved Event Handling: The new system converts AI event data on the fly so that every choice you make—whether it's accepting a trade, reinforcing your rig, or welcoming a new survivor—is backed by precise in-game effects. Your decisions truly matter, impacting your resources, rig maintenance, and the fate of your survivors.

Enhanced Resource Management & Gameplay Mechanics

• Refined Resource Deductions & Rewards: I've fine-tuned the resource management system. Every phase now brings dynamic changes: survivors consume resources, maintenance degrades gradually (unless you act smartly), and bonuses kick in when you keep everything balanced.
• New Actions & Upgraded Effects: The reinforce and feast actions have been polished to better reflect the challenges of rig management. Reinforcing now temporarily reduces degradation rates, while feasting helps keep hunger at bay—so choose wisely when and how to act!

Seamless Packaging & Custom Branding

• Single Executable Distribution: No more messy folders! I've now bundled the game into one single executable file. This means installing and launching the game is easier than ever—just download, unzip, and play.
• Custom Icon & Professional Packaging: I’ve also added a custom icon that gives the executable a unique look reflective of the gritty atmosphere of The Last Rig. This update not only streamlines the installation process but also enhances your overall gaming experience.

Performance & Quality Improvements

• Smoother Experience: Behind the scenes, I've addressed lag issues and refined the timing of events so that gameplay feels snappy and responsive—even as the rig faces increasingly dire challenges.
• Stability Enhancements: With improved error handling and a more robust threading model for AI events, the game now runs more reliably, ensuring that your journey on the rig is as immersive as it is intense.
